Located in the northern part of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Simbambili Game Lodge offers sophisticated, luxury safari accommodation that echoes its unspoiled landscape.
The lodge is set amongst old Knobthorn and Jackalberry trees, overlooking a waterhole.
Each of its seven Moroccan-styled, thatched suites has its own riverbed-facing private deck, plunge pool and shaded sala bed. Each suite has also been designed to blend in with the environment, and carefully positioned to enhance privacy. The Honeymoon and Waterhole suites, located on the far sides of the camp’s main area, are even more spacious and private for couples and newlyweds. The sense of privacy and exclusivity is enhanced by the fact that the lodge accommodates a maximum of just 16 guests.
The lodge offers a wide range of outdoor dining experiences, with menus varying from à la carte dining to boma barbecues (known as bush braais). Fresh ingredients are sourced from the nearby Thornybush Community Garden and other local suppliers.
Guests at Simbambili Game Lodge enjoy twice-daily safari game drives and guided bush walks, with a private game viewing vehicle available on request. The lodge’s Bush Spa, meanwhile, offers a variety of health and wellness treatments to help ensure a memorable, restful stay.
