The lodge’s eight single-bedroom Villas and the two-bedroom Fish Eagle Residence each has its own plunge pool and relaxation areas. The self-contained Fish Eagle Residence also incorporates a spa and gym, and comes with the services of a personal chef, safari field guide, and open safari vehicle for a tailor-made family/friend safari experience.
Everything is included – from your champagne of choice stocked in the maxibar, to the washing and pressing of your favourite shirt – to create a highly-personalised experience of a luxury African safari, your way.
Lion Sands Ivory Lodge is set on the perennial Sabi River, which conserves an extraordinary abundance of wildlife, making it the ideal location for spotting animals coming to the water to drink.
The lodge is located within Lion Sands Game Reserve, a private game reserve rooted in both the Sabi Sand Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park. The reserve is family owned and operated by the fourth generation More family, whose grandfather was one of the founders of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve in 1948.
