Situated in the northern part of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, the owner-run Elephant Plains Game Lodge accommodates a maximum of 24 guests, ensuring personal service and an intimate, friendly atmosphere.
A variety of accommodation options are available, ranging from Rondavels and Luxury Suites to the Manyeleti Honeymoon Suite.
The five Rondavels (double rooms) are situated in a landscaped garden, while the six open-plan Luxury Suites, Luxury Family Suite and Honeymoon Suite all overlook the open area. Each suite has a lounge, double bedroom, en suite bathroom and private viewing deck that provides spectacular views over the riverbed.
The lodge is located near a dry riverbed, which makes its surrounding area a favourable habitat for the reserve’s famous leopards. Guests have a good chance of encountering the famous African Big Five – either from the comfort of a safari game drive or on a guided bush walk, accompanied by a safari field guide and/or tracker.
